Yubico expands its range of security keys with a new model for people that allows secure authentication on devices equipped with USB-C and NFC. The company's new blue C NFC security key not only enables modern FIDO-based authentication, but is also cheaper than its YubiKey 5 FIPS series devices, as well as its recently launched YubiKey Bio series. Yubico's new security key is now available for $29 (€29) and offers FIDO support only in a USB-C form factor with NFC capabilities.
