The Samsung Galaxy M01 Core is now officially in India. It is the third affordable device in the company's M series in India after the Galaxy M01 and M01 earlier this year. The Samsung Galaxy M01 Core is the cheapest M-series smartphone of recent times, running on the Android Go platform with Google-optimized apps and offering several India-focused features. The Samsung Galaxy M01 Core has a 5.3-inch HD+ display with a large daily bezel at the top and bottom. Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core MediaTek 6739 SoC that is paired with either 1GB or 2GB of RAM with 16GB or 32GB of onboard storage. It's backed by a 3.000mAh battery that Samsung claims lasts up to 11 hours.

The Galaxy M01 Core comes with the latest Android Go platform. You get a specially optimized app designed for Android Go devices. You get a smart display, with dynamic display sync for power optimization. There is also a feature that helps you with smart paste and suggests a notification which helps save battery life and gives you long run time. Smart Past feature allows you to paste relevant text such as paste website url in web browser, mobile phone number in phone dialer and email id in messaging app - Everything is automatically pulled from the same message. The Smart Photos feature detects similar or duplicate photos and suggests users to keep the best photo while deleting the other photos to free up space. The Galaxy M01 Core also offers dark mode thanks to the One UI based dark mode integration.
