Samsung Galaxy Book S is a 2-in-1 Windows laptop that could launch soon

Another piece of evidence has surfaced, showing that Samsung would apparently have a new Windows 10 laptop on the way, and that it would apparently be part of the Galaxy Book range. Earlier this week, we featured a device called the Galaxy Space that was revealed in a released Geekbench result. This same laptop has been recognized as Bluetooth certified, with the exception of the Samsung Galaxy Book S. "S" stands for space in the naming scheme. Whichever the case, Windows Latest detected details from the Bluetooth statement indicating that the laptop supports Bluetooth 5.0 and bears the model number "SM-W767". So it's another minor item of material information, even if the details of this device remain fragmentary. The aforementioned Geekbench leak only shows the laptop running Windows 10 and having 8 GB of system memory, with an 8-core processor that has a base clock speed of 2.84 GHz.

So it seems highly likely that it's a Qualcomm Snapdragon-powered 2-in-1 notebook, and we're assuming it'll differentiate itself appropriately from Samsung's Galaxy Book 2: and that it may give us a little more oomph in terms of performance (although the Geekbench result inverted does not seem to indicate that this is the case). Certainly, this being an official Bluetooth certification, this indicates much more clearly that Samsung really does have a laptop behind the scenes, and we may be seeing the Galaxy Book S very soon. Finally, it should be noted that this calls into question the other line of speculation that this Samsung device might not be a laptop because there has been talk of the possibility of it being a Windows Mixed Reality headset. in a vacuum from the start.
