In terms of specs, they're both... roughly the same. What's more, their cameras are nearly identical: both are equipped with 48MPa main cameras (f/1.4 for Honor, f/1.6 for OnePlus), ultra-slim 16MP f/2.2 lenses, and 8MP f/2.5 telephoto shooters with zoom. optical 3x.

The Honor 20 Pro is equipped with a Kirin 980 processor, which debuted in the Huawei Mate 20 Pro at the end of 2018. It is also the subject of a newer phone, the Huawei P30 Pro, which has scored a 9.669 score during a test. with Geekbench 4 processor.
The OnePlus 7 Pro is powered by an even newer chip, the Snapdragon 855, and it posted a score of 10.960 in the same Geekbench 4 test. In numbers, the OnePlus 7 Pro comes first and is a bit more scalable.
Regarding other specifications, the Honor 20 Pro only has a configuration of 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. This isn't the most loyal of competition because we didn't have time to fully understand the Honor 20 Pro. But from what we know, the OnePlus 7 Pro is just barely the best phone. Its sharper (and flawless) screen, combined with slightly faster charging, makes it possible to make up for a lower rear camera lens (without much use). Also, in our opinion, it's a bit prettier than a phone.
But that shouldn't deter anyone from entering the Honor 20 Pro, which is a serious competitor for smartphones in this cost category - the "budget flagship," so to speak.
