I wouldn't know about that though, because I have a glorious insignia, better than conventional bracelets. Having a badge means getting past those long lines. It's not uncommon for conferences, but it has a unique structure at ETHDenver. For most conferences, you pay a lot more money to get a higher access credential. Although "VIP" style passes are available, the vast majority of badge holders at ETHDenver appear to be presenters, organizers, and volunteers.
