Cut to the hunt

Asus ZenFone 6 release date and price.

The Asus ZenFone 6 will be announced on May 16, so we'll know soon. Of course, that's not necessarily when you can buy the phone, but it will probably go on sale in a few weeks from that date and there's a chance it could be instantly available. As for what it might cost, the only rumor making the rounds here comes from ITHome, which says it would start at NT$19,990 (roughly £645 / £495 / AU$930) for a version with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. storage. Apparently, it's rising to $23,990 (roughly $775/$600/AUD 1,115) for a model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and over $29,290 (roughly $965/$1,385). AUD) for a version with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Of course, we didn't expect a direct currency conversion, but this suggests that it will be quite an expensive phone, while keeping prices lower than the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Huawei P30 Pro.

Asus ZenFone 6 news and leaks.

As noted above in the pricing section, there are three Asus ZenFone 6 models launching: one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, one with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and another with 12GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. It's just a rumor right now, but we're sure the ZenFone 6 will have a Snapdragon 855 chipset, as a teaser tweeted out by Asus includes an image that says it all.

(Image: © Asus) The image, which you can see above, also shows a 3.5mm headphone port, a notification LED, a "smart key" and "triple slots", probably for two SIM cards and a microSD card. Taking to Instagram, an Asus executive has released a Morse code which, according to GSMArena, reveals that the phone will have a 5,000mAh battery and a dual-lens rear camera, with 48MP and 13MP lenses. These aren't the only ZenFone 6 teasers either, as the company had posted another image (below) showing the outlines of a phone that apparently lacks a lens, a notch or a hole-punch, suggesting that the Asus ZenFone 6 would have a design screen, probably with a selfie camera pop-up.

Image Credit: Asus. (Image: © Asus) The teaser also reads "Defy Ordinary," suggesting that the phone might have unusual features or designs. There are no leaks either. According to a listing on AnTuTu, for example, the ZenFone 6 has a 1080 x 2340 resolution screen, 48MP cameras on the front and rear, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, as well as running Android 9 Pie. We also saw leaked images possibly showing the phone. Sudhanshu Ambhore shared the two sets, the first being the case reports posted on SlashLeaks.

Here's your first look at the rendering of the #Asus #ZenFone6 case. 1/2 pic.twitter.com/wPVlfyMLxdMay 8, 2019 You can see there's a dual-lens camera on the back, but also a clear notch on the front, which we didn't expect from the teasers. However, several models may be released as the source mentioned a ZenFone 6 and a ZenFone 6Z. It would stand to reason for the company to release both, as there is both a ZenFone 5 and a ZenFone 5Z. Confusingly, the second set of recent images from the source below also shows off the standard ZenFone 6, while also featuring a completely different design, with a slider mechanism for the selfie camera and speakers. I look forward to the flagship product being released.

But that probably doesn't cost as much as most flagship products. We will know for sure soon.
