The all-in-one PC has a 24-inch (23,8-inch) Full HD display and a touchscreen option for those who want more. The goal of the ThinkCentre neo line of desktop computers is to provide future-proof, high-performance computing machines for small and medium-sized businesses.

The built-in AI is used in a number of ways, including being able to dim the screen to save power when the user is looking away, and light up again when the user is looking back.

The camera itself is part of a larger intentional focus on video conferencing and features some AI intelligence as well. First, the camera is retractable at the top of the AIO unit. When the camera is on, the AI has a smart meeting manager with a host of features ranging from live translation, speech to text, captions, meeting notes, video enhancement for the topic, and more.

Lenovo has also integrated a secure layer to encrypt data, protect against data breaches, privacy breaches, and more. All this in compliance with the ENERGY STAR 8.0 certification for low energy consumption and using recycled materials for its packaging.

Lenovo will launch the ThinkCentre neo 50a on August 24, 2022, but hasn't revealed pricing information yet, so stay tuned for more details in the future.
