It's today: The Xiaomi 12 series will debut today, at an online launch event hosted by Chinese tech giant Xiaomi.
We saw the debut of these phones in China in December, but Xiaomi likes to hold a second launch event for its smartphones when they become available outside the country. Well, that's today, starting at 5am ET / 8am PT / noon GMT / 8pm ACT.

The company said the 'Xiaomi 12 series' is coming - this involves several phones and three launched in China (the standard, 12 Pro and a more affordable 12X) so we can see the same - we've got a guide on what to expect here.
However, since we wrote this, one smartwatch has been teased, and perhaps more will appear.
