Another image of Sony's DualSense PS5 controller has surfaced on social media, but unlike the grainy image we saw on Resetera, it looks much more convincing. It also doesn't give the controller a comically large and bulky appearance. The image below was shared on Twitter by Egyptian retailer Gamezawy, and it appears to be a real photo from what we can verify. There are no telltale signs of Photoshop, and the image is bright enough not to obscure detail. The lighting also appears completely natural, which is usually an area that renders and Photoshop's attempts go awry.
What is DualSense الخاصة بمنصة PlayStation 5 ? pic.twitter.com/2y1UyAQOdH July 14, 2020 We can also see all the features and design markings of the new Sony controller here. From the transparent buttons and directional pad to the speakerphone and mute button, nothing really seems to go wrong. Of course, there's no sign of the back of the controller, and we can't see the L1 and R1 buttons protruding from the top of the controller like in Sony's own promotional photos. However, it is difficult to say with confidence that this photo is not real.
