Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for The Harder They Fall, a star-studded western. He makes an extremely cool first impression and is well worth keeping on your radar for the second half of this year. In The Harder They Fall, the feared Rufus Buck (Idris Elba) is freed from prison by his "treacherous" allies Trudy Smith (Regina King) and Cherokee Bill (LaKeith Stanfield), as you'll see in the trailer below. Learning his enemy is free, Nat Love (Jonathan Majors, best known for HBO's Lovecraft Country) rallies his own allies (including characters played by Zazie Beetz, RJ Cyler, and Edi Gathegi) to hunt down Rufus for revenge. Director Jeymes Samuel is the creator of the film, which Netflix describes as a "proper new school" western, with a script co-written with veteran Boaz Yakin (Remember the Titans). Jay-Z is one of the producers of the film. Other cast members include Delroy Lindo, who gave an Oscar-worthy performance in Da 5 Bloods last year, and Damon Wayans Jr. Here's the trailer: The Harder They Fall is scheduled for a later 2021 release on Netflix , specifically "Fall", that is, between September and December. There will also be a small theatrical release.
