2020 has been a tough year for gaming – with many game studios switching to remote work, release schedules have slowed down, even to a standstill, in some cases. 1. Elden's Ring

Elden Ring is one of the most anticipated PC games on this list, if not the most anticipated. An action RPG developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, it promises to be a mind-blowing collaboration between Dark Souls director Hidetaka Miyazaki and A Song of Ice and Fire writer George RR Martin. Elden Ring will be available on all platforms and will be released sometime in 2021. With such big and respected names behind it, we expect it to be close to perfect.

New World is a huge opportunity for Amazon Game Studios to redeem itself after its two failed titles Breakaway and Crucible left people wondering if Amazon should have entered the video game market in the first place. The MMORPG has elements of crafting, survival, as well as the usual quests, sieges, and PVP gameplay to expect. Scheduled for release on May 25, 2021, New World is now available for pre-order via Steam or Amazon.
