In Marvel's Avengers, players take on the roles of the most popular Avengers characters in a single-player story-based game that also features four-player cooperative missions, because you can't save the world alone.
Plus, new characters, regions, and missions will be added for free after launch, as part of an ongoing multi-year plan for the game, but who's on the super list? The playable characters revealed so far are: Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk, and Thor. Kamala Khan, aka Marvel, was also briefly featured at the Comic-Con panel at Marvel Games, and Hawkeye was very prominent.

God of War (2018)

TT Games LEGO titles have been a constant source of fun since the launch of LEGO Star Wars in 2005. LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 does not revolutionize the revolutionary formula, but with the same charm, comic chops and hundreds of playable pieces. Marvel Characters, this is another big hit from TT Games.
Where the sequel excels beyond its predecessors is in its hilarious and inventive storyline. The journey villain Kang the Conqueror uses his power to combine a host of classic Marvel locations, such as 2099 New York, Asgard, and Wakanda, to form the open world of Chronopolis where players engage in a cosmic confrontation with Kang.

Superhero games don't necessarily have to involve powerful colorful spandex characters, such as God of War, a superhero game is sometimes defined by its mechanics, rather than its characters, and the Sky Fortress of Fort Cause 3 DLC contains a unpleasant mechanics.
Rico Rodríguez's ambitious third adventure already looks heroic with his combination of fighting and creative wrestling, but Sky Fortress wins with the rocket-powered Bavarium Wingsuit. Batman: Return to Arkham collects the first two games of the acclaimed Rocksteady series, Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. These are arguably two of the best superhero games ever designed, Asylum in particular becomes a game changer in terms of fluid action combat.
Ten years after Rocksteady's first shot at the Dark Knight, this combat system has been adopted as an industry standard. Stealth mechanics, captivating villains (including Scarecrow's jaw-dropping psychological horror interludes), and more gadgets you can't dream of, Rocksteady's first forays into the world of Batman are masterful and set a precedent for superhero video games.
Batman: Arkham VR

Developed by Rocksteady, Batman: Arkham VR allows players to take cover and participate in a short but enjoyable experience from Batman's point of view. There is no exciting combat experience here, but a murder mystery makes you think that you are becoming the "best detective in the world", using your motion controllers to interact with Gotham City and its villains.
Arkham VR is an imperfect gem that deserves to be discovered if you like the detective sections of the main Rocksteady Arkham titles.
Infamous: second son

The Marvel Avengers, like the Avengers MCU movies, will focus on the art of the team of heroes. Iconic characters who have never shared the scene before joining forces or facing off is a formula that has worked wonders for Marvel, and a formula that has worked for decades for Nintendo as well.
If your colorful characters may not be screaming "superheroes" in the same way as Captain America, there's no way to talk about the team of heroes without mentioning Super Smash Bros. Marvel Games faces the challenge of replicating Spidey's success with the most powerful heroes on Earth. Insomniac has finely crafted its own unique interpretations of classic characters and incorporated them into a compelling narrative from start to finish. Could we see a crossover between Marvel's Spider-Man and Marvel's Avengers?
It can be argued that Insomniac has also created the most sensational transversal mechanic in video games. Navigating New York City at breakneck speed never goes out of style. Even if you don't care about Spidey's fantastic story, browsing the web makes Marvel's Spider-Man a must-have. Nuff said.
