“Tether Reserves Publication: At least quarterly for a period of 2 (two) years from the effective date of this Settlement Agreement, Tether will publish the asset classes that support Tether (for putting a example, cash, loans, securities, etc.), detailing the percentage of each of these categories and detailing whether said category forms a loan or account receivable or is related to an affiliated entity, in a manner substantially similar to the previously presented at MPC.
