Samsung Galaxy S22 colors: all shades, including S22 Plus and S22 Ultra

The Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra could all rank among the best flagships of 2022, but as well as choosing which of these premium phones you want, you'll also need to choose the color you want. I want the phone on it.

There are plenty of options available, with the Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus each coming in eight shades, while the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra comes in a slightly different selection of seven colours.

We've detailed each option below, with images and descriptions of the different shades, so you can make an informed decision.

Colors of the Samsung Galaxy S22/S22 Plus

The Samsung Galaxy S22 and Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus come in the same selection of eight colours, which is a change from the Samsung Galaxy S21 range, where the colors available for each of these phones differed.

ghost white

Both the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus come in a white tint, called Phantom White.

You can see how it looks in the image above. Note that the camera block is silver here, so there's a bit of contrast. Other than that, it's one of the less flashy finishes you can get a Galaxy S22 in, but it offers a classic and elegant look.

ghost black

You can also get both of these phones in Phantom Black, which is no surprise, because along with white, it's one of the most popular and common smartphone colors, so this shade is sure to look good. sell.

That said, it's the simplest option of all, as the camera block is also black and the lenses are also dark. Still, if a solid black slab is what you want, Samsung has you covered.

Rose gold

Now we move on to something a little more colourful, although still conventional. This rose gold option is quite a dainty and elegant finish that is sure to find an audience.

Although it's more colorful than the black or white options, it's an understated shade, so it still looks stylish.

Verde

You can also get these phones in green, and it's a pretty dark matte green, and one of the more unusual shades you can buy these phones in. It's also one of the few shades where there isn't something similar in the Samsung Galaxy S21 lineup.

Being a dark shade, it looks smart, but it will stand out more than previous options for being a less common smartphone colour. We're big fans, but there are probably more divisions than black and white.

Graphite

While the four colors above are widely available, Graphite and the remaining options below are available exclusively through Samsung's website.

This tint doesn't cost extra, but it does look drastically different, with an interesting metallic finish on the rear, while the camera block and bezel are rather black.

The two shades are very different, they contrast well, and the different colored frame is particularly noticeable as it's not on any of the standard models.

Crema

Cream is another shade exclusive to Samsung.com, and it's a pale yellow color that we think might be the most unusual of all the options for one of these three phones. It is contrasted with a silver camera block and frame.

Blue sky

Then we have Sky Blue, which, as with all those Samsung exclusives, has a contrasting camera block and bezel, again in silver.

The blue itself is quite light and pale. So it's nothing too vibrant or flashy, but it's still likely to stand out against most smartphone shades.

Purple

Finally for the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus, we have a color that Samsung calls Purple, but it's a very light purple, bordering on pink.

This one has a rose gold bezel and camera block, the exact same color as the Pink Gold model's bezel and camera block.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Colors

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra comes in four colors the same as the rest of the range, plus a similar hue but with a twist, and two completely different ones.

ghost black

Like the rest of the lineup, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra comes in a Phantom Black shade, and it's the easiest of all the options you can get this phone in, but it's also a safe pick that no one will risk hating. .

Note that the S Pen matches the phone here, so it's black too.

ghost white

White is another super common shade in smartphones, it is also very common in the Samsung Galaxy S22 range, as all three models are available in this color.

As for black, it is quite simple. In fact, it's even simpler in its S22 Ultra incarnation, as there's no silver camera block to provide contrast. It's almost exactly what you'd probably expect, and it's sure to sell well.

Opt for that and you'll also get an S Pen with a white cover, although its body is black.

Verde

Here's a shade that's a bit more unusual, but where you can get the entire Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup. This understated dark green looks elegant yet distinct, standing out without drawing too much attention to itself.

It also comes with a green tipped S Pen, which again has a black body.

Burgundy

Of the four widely available Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra shades, Burgundy is the only one you can't fit the other two phones into.

It may be a little paler and closer to brown than you'd expect from a shade of burgundy, but it's definitely red and dark. It also comes with a red cap S Pen.

Graphite

If you buy the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from Samsung's online store, you have a few color options in addition to the above, including graphite.

It's basically exactly the same as the Graphite model of the S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus, although the frame here has a contrasting black hue, there's no camera block, which means more graphite and less black overall.

The S Pen also has a graphite hue here, with a black head. This is in contrast to the widely available colors, which have a black S Pen with a head that matches the phone's hue.

Blue sky

Here's another tint that you can only get on Samsung.com, and another that you'll also find available for other Galaxy S22 models, but it's a little different on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The Sky Blue itself is the same, but here the frame is black, while on the other models the frame and camera block are silver. You also get a blue S Pen (with a black top to match the frame).

RED

Finally, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in red if you order it directly from Samsung. This shade is exclusive to the Ultra and is very different from the Burgundy model in that it is much brighter.

It's arguably the flashiest look you can get for this phone really, and the stylus is also red, with, you guessed it, a black top to match the black frame.
