In terms of price and storage combinations, all three devices appear identical, although on paper the Xiaomi Mi 10i has an additional variant. While all three devices appear to offer solid performance, on paper at least, the devil is in the details and none of them appear to be perfect.
The Galaxy F62 has a massive 7000mAh battery that should ideally last more than 2 days for the most part, it has a gorgeous AMOLED panel, and it's the only one of the three to run Android 11 out of the box. With such a massive battery, the 25W charging solution doesn't do it justice as it takes a long time to charge (long read). Even the added depth sensor and macro shots seem better on paper. However, the phone is powered by an outdated Exynos chipset that powered the 10 Galaxy Note 2019 series.
The phone is basically a Galaxy M51 with some minor upgrades including an in-house chipset and it is Rs 1000 more expensive as well. At this price in 2021, not having a higher refresh rate is almost criminal. Keep in mind that this phone is as bulky as it gets and is limited to 4G connectivity, so it's not future-proof.
The Realme X7, on the other hand, is slightly compact, it has an AMOLED panel with an in-display fingerprint sensor, but the refresh rate reaches 60 Hz. While the retail package includes a 50W charging brick, the phone supports up to 65W. With 50W too, you can go from 0 to 80% in a few minutes.

But the phone is bulky and has a variant that doesn't exist. There is no need to wait for the 64 GB variant as the company has no plans to release it and 64 GB does not meet any practical goals in 2021. Plus, it comes with an LCD panel that might make you think twice before buying in case you prefer that punchy color reproduction of an AMOLED panel.
Looking at all the pros and cons, the Mi 10i gets the number one position on our list, closely followed by the Realme X7 with the F62 on the back. For Samsung Fanboys, it's better to buy the M51 as it's not only cheaper but it has a Snapdragon chipset whereas the previous generation Exynos chipsets were prone to various issues including heating up.
