Salesforce launched its annual Dreamforce event in San Francisco with a major new collaboration with Apple.

The two tech giants are seeing the launch of several new apps and services, including exclusives and new developments in key Salesforce offerings.

The latter refers to Trailhead GO, the first mobile app from Trailhead, Salesforce's popular free online learning platform, which will be exclusive to the iPhone and iPad. The app will now offer more than 700 modules covering a wide range of technology knowledge for the millions of Trailhead users, known as Trailblazers, around the world.

Apple and Salesforce have announced that they will begin working closely with Dreamforce starting last year, and the partnership will enjoy its first significant day.

The agreement also allowed the free Salesforce Mobile app to be redefined on iOS with new features exclusive to Apple devices, including Siri shortcuts and facial identity to improve security and ease-of-use for the mobile user.
