Design and display of the Xiaomi Mi 10

The Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro are very similar, with screens that curve around the edges and are divided by hole-punch cameras at the top left of the screen. On the back, there's a camera bump in the top left corner, though the lenses extend over the bump and across the body. Each phone offers a wide range of colors, judging by the marketing materials. The screen could impress many people. Both phones have a 1080-inch 2340 x 6.67 OLED display with HDR10+, and they also support a 90Hz display refresh rate, to make content and movement a bit smoother. We'll have to test the display when we get our hands on these devices, but it looks pretty decent on paper.

Xiaomi Mi 10 camera

One of the biggest features of the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro is the 108MP main camera of the two, previously seen on the Xiaomi Mi Note 10, which should take fantastic photos and support 8K video recording like the Samsung Galaxy S20 series. The other cameras in each, however, are different. On the Xiaomi Mi 10, there is a 13MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro snap, and a 2MP depth sensor. These specs seem pretty poor, but we'll have to test the phone before making a final statement on it. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro has an ultra-large 20MP camera and two telephoto lenses. One of them is 8MP and supports 10x hybrid zoom, and the other is 12MP with 2x optical zoom, which is used for portrait mode. This combo was present in the Mi Note 10 and we were fans of it, although this device also has a macro lens. Both phones also have 20 MP front-facing cameras, which is a decent enough resolution for self-portraits, though we've seen better.
