As per the recent ecosystem announcement, Realme has started teasing the products it wants to launch in India. Trailers posted on Twitter suggest that some wearables including the Realme Watch S and Realme Watch S Pro are expected to launch in India next month. As a reminder, the Realme Watch S Pro was recently unveiled at an IFA event, while the Realme Watch S is already available in some markets. The Twitter post from Realme India and EU CEO Madhav Sheth shows circular faces of two different watches. While the largest watch with a rotating dial is the Realme Watch S Pro and the inferior one with a smaller dial is the Realme Watch S.

Realme Watch S series release date
At the moment, there is no specific launch date for the Realme Watch S series in India. The company just teased the release as it does with all upcoming releases. That being said, the company is also gearing up for the launch of its new MediaTek Dimensity-powered smartphones in India. These phones are also scheduled to launch in January, so it's highly likely that the company will announce both phones and watches at the same launch.
Realme Watch S Pro and Realme Watch S: price in India
Realme is known for the affordable prices of its devices and the Realme Watch S series should not be an exception. The Realme Watch S retails for €79,99 in global markets, which translates to roughly Rs 7.140. Thus, we can expect the Realme Watch S price in India to be around Rs. 7,000 only. On the other hand, the Realme Watch S Pro is expected to be a bit expensive, costing around Rs 10.000 in India.

Features and specifications of the Realme Watch S
The Realme Watch S features a circular dial and a 1.3-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. The screen has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection for scratch resistance. It has an optical heart rate sensor and a blood oxygen monitoring sensor, which has become an important feature of wearable health tracking devices in today's scenario. The Watch S runs FreeRT-based software and comes with a 390mAh battery that provides up to 15 days of battery life. It comes with IP68 certifications that make the watch waterproof up to 1,5 meters. The Realme Watch S offers 16 popular sports modes, including walking, indoor running, outdoor running, and more.

Realme Watch S Pro Features and Specifications
As the name suggests, the Realme Watch S Pro is the premium one between the two and comes with a 1.3-inch AMOLED display equipped with an auto-brightness sensor. It comes with a rotating outer dial but its use is not yet known. Also, the Watch S Pro has a built-in GPS which is missing from the base variant. It's also unclear if the watch runs on a proprietary operating system like the vanilla version, however, should it ship with WearOS, it could give other smartwatches like the Mi Watch Revolve a run for their money. .
