Realme RMX1991 spotted on TENAA, could be another Realme XT Pro leak

A mysterious Realme phone registered under the name RMX1991 was spotted on the Chinese regulator, TENAA. The listing also reveals three images of the smartphone, as well as detailed specifications. Interestingly, looking at the hardware details, it appears that the RMX1991 is a different phone than the future Realme XT.

We recently reported a purported Realme XT Pro image from SlashLeaks, but with a centrally located camera module. The TENAA spotted phone also has a four camera setup, but it is located in the upper left corner.

Realme RMX1991 Specifications

The TENAA listing reveals that the RMX1991 features a 6.4-inch Full HD + AMOLED display (2340 x 1080 pixels). A fingerprint sensor is built into the screen. It measures 158.7 x 75.2 x 8.6mm, weighs approximately 182 grams, and the back panel of the phone indicates a subtle gradation pattern.

It is powered by an octa-core processor that runs at 2.2 GHz and is paired with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. This could be the basic variant of the so-called Realme XT Pro and it runs Android 9.0 ColorOS. The phone has a microSD card slot that supports memory expansion up to 512GB.

The RMX1991 has a quad camera setup consisting of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP lens, and two 2MP sensors. There is a cutout on the front that houses a 32MP selfie camera.

It has a 4000mAh battery capacity and could support 30W fast charging.

This is all consistent with our previous reports and speculations on the Realme XT Pro. The chipset used here could be the Snapdragon 730G processor that will put it in competition with Xiaomi Redmi K20.

Realme Mobiles is expected to announce the launch of Realme XT on September 13 in India, where we also expect the company to bother us with "one more thing" like in the past. We wouldn't be surprised if Realme decided to launch the XT Pro in India during the Diwali festivities in October.
