Realme 8 Pro and Realme 8 will launch in India on March 24. The company confirmed the release date and also sent out the invite for the same. The Realme 8 series will take over from the recently launched Redmi Note 10 series in India. The Realme 8 series will launch on March 24 at 7:30pm IST in India. The launch event will also take place simultaneously in the UK (2pm GMT) and France, Germany, Italy and Spain (00pm CET). The Realme 3 series will succeed the Realme 00 series launched in India in September 8. The launch invite confirms the 7MP camera of the Realme 2020 series. While there is no confirmation yet, the Pro variant is the only one likely to feature the 108MP main camera that was recently shown off. The Realme 8 Pro will use a 108/8-inch Samsung ISOCELL HM2 image sensor. While the Realme 1 series (1,52 Pro) made 7W fast charging affordable, the Realme 7 series will try to democratize the 65MP camera to the general public. The title of the cheapest phone with a 8MP camera currently belongs to the Redmi Note 108 Pro Max priced at Rs 108. The Realme 10, on the other hand, is an update to the Realme 18,999 and the latter's specifications have been teased. Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme, a few weeks ago. Realme 8 Pro Specifications (Expected)

(Image credit: Realme) The first Realme phone to have a 108MP camera, the Realme 8 Pro will ship with a Samsung ISOCELL HM2 image sensor. This will be followed by three more cameras that are presumably ultra-wide, macro, and depth, based on previous history. The device will also come with a bunch of new shooting modes. The Realme 8 Pro will ship with a Super AMOLED display and will be the first budget phone in the Realme number series to sport a built-in fingerprint scanner. The device is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 730G chipset, while there are also rumors of a 5G variant. A high refresh rate of 120Hz and 65W fast charging are also expected.

Realme Series 7 (Image credit: Future) According to images leaked on Twitter, the Realme 8 is expected to feature a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display. It is said to be powered by the Helio G95 chipset, the same chipset we saw in the Realme 7. In terms of optics, the Realme 8 will have a 64MP main sensor and three other cameras on the back. It will have a 5000mAh battery and 30W fast charging, the same as we saw on the Realme 7. The device should also run Android 2.0-based Realme UI 11 out of the box and will likely come with up to 8GB of RAM. and 128 GB of internal storage.
