Chandler, a suburb of Phoenix, said on Wednesday that residents can pay with bitcoin, ether and litecoin (LTC) in their PayPal (PYPL) accounts. But the city will never touch these coins; its utility payment processor Invoice Cloud will sell it all for fiat, according to a press release.
