As said, Android 10 almost certainly begins its rollout today, because the official page is online with a complete list of all the update's features.
Unfortunately, the page doesn't mention the phones receiving the update in the first place, although we can assume that the Google Pixel range will get it on launch day, as was the case with previous major android releases.
The page lists all the new features in Android 10, including the Dark theme, which you can enable or disable on the page to see it appear on the new feature demo screen.
These include Live Caption, which we first saw on Google IO in May, and Gesture Navigation, for getting around the phone without triple buttons, crossbars, or side scrolls. And of course, more privacy controls, as well as live security updates that will be automatically streamed to your device between major versions of Android.
