The dummies are not functional devices, but rather developed chassis, possibly illegally smuggled out of the iPhone manufacturing shop in Shanghai, which can be shipped, for example, to case makers that might be gearing up for the next big iPhone launch.
Dickson has at least two sets (different colors) of four dummies that appear to be an iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, and something new, a phone that looks exactly like the iPhone 14 (based on the camera set) but it is the same size as the iPhone 14 Pro Max. It could be the iPhone 14 Max.
In photos and videos, Dickson shows all of these models but offers no context. We only know that he thinks these are iPhone 14 dummies because he says so in his tweet and support post, that he also only has photos and a YouTube video with no comments.
If these dummies are accurate, they show an iPhone 14 design that closely resembles the look and feel of the iPhone 13. The camera arrays may be slightly larger, and there's an interesting notch in the Siri on/standby button. Other than that, we couldn't spot any noticeable differences between these dummies and the iPhones we're currently using.

Just because these dummies exist and Dickson claims they're iPhone 14 models, there's no guarantee they represent what Apple might offer later this year. These may be samples of discontinued designs or built by someone other than Apple.
We want them to be iPhone 14 devices because we're all desperate for information about the next iPhone and we want this newcomer to be the iPhone 14 Max because, if we're being honest, it's a great idea - a really big screen iPhone that offers the most of what you expect from an iPhone, but at an affordable price.
