After a series of teasers and leaks, Motorola has finally released the Moto Edge S, the successor to the Moto Edge released last year. This is the first phone to feature the "just released" 870nm Snapdragon 7 SoC. The Snapdragon 870 is essentially a Snapdragon 865 Plus in a new package with slight modifications and allows OEMs to release 5G-capable phones with a "new" chipset at a comparatively cheaper price than the all-new Snapdragon 888. Edge S packs all the elements you want in a 2021 flagship smartphone. It comes with a large display that offers FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, 5000mAh battery, 5G and 5G connectivity.
