Microsoft introduces Native Edge browser for Apple Mac M1
Microsoft lanzó esta semana una primera versión de Edge diseñada específicamente para las nuevas Mac basadas en ARM de Apple, lo que la convierte en el último de los cuatro principales fabricantes de navegadores en usar su aplicación nativa.
"Native support for Mac ARM64 devices is now available on our Canary channel," the Edge Dev team's Twitter account said on Tuesday.

Silicona de manzana canaria Microsoft Edge Edge's IDG Canary Channel for Mac is now available in two versions, including a browser written for Apple's ARM-based M1 SoC. Canary Channel, one of four run by Microsoft, produces the least refined and most reliable version of the browser. Other channels include Dev, Beta, and Stable. Edge's Canary is currently at version 89. This does not guarantee that the 89 stable version will be the first to offer native support; If so, users can expect Edge 89 to debut during the week of March 8. Thus, Edge will be the last of the four most popular browsers to run as a native app on new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and Mac Mini systems with Apple's M1 system on a chip (SoC). Apple's Safari 14, which came with macOS 11, aka "Big Sur," was the first when it launched on November 12. Safari was followed by Google's Chrome 87 later that month and Mozilla's Firefox 84 on December 15. Edge's Canary can be downloaded from here.
