Micromax In Note 1 and In 1b smartphones are now available in offline markets. The company has entered the Karnataka offline space with its latest two phones. The phone was sold on Flipkart at this time. Micromax has partnered with Simtel mobile planet, Roshini mobile and Vinod Enterprises in Bengaluru to support offline sales and demand. These three partners will sell the Micromax In smartphone across the state of Karnataka, which is also the number one destination in South India. While the phones are only available on the Karnataka offline market, for now, the company is also planning to expand its retail presence across the country. As part of its expansion strategy, Micromax is teaming up with multiple partners in seven states including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Assam, Nagaland and Tripura. It is also worth mentioning that around a good percentage of smartphone sales in India are through offline stores and Micromax is aiming to grab a slice of the pie in the offline market. In the early 2010s, Micromax had a strong presence in the offline market as well as the online market. The company returned to the smartphone market last year with 2 new phones: Micromax In Note 1 and Micromax In 1b. The company is also expected to launch new phones later this year. When it comes to after-sales service, the brand has more than 1.000 service centers throughout the county. It launched services like 60-Minute Express Service Promise, One-Day Problem Solving, and Quick WhatsApp Inquiries.
