According to the film's official synopsis, "6 Underground introduces a new kind of action hero." Six personalities from around the world, each one of the best in their field, were chosen not only for their ability, but for their desire. The team is reunited by an enigmatic leader (Ryan Reynolds), whose only mission in life is to make sure that even he and his teammates never remember his actions, his actions. "
