Spoilers for Loki Episode 3 follow. Loki Episode 3 has arrived on Disney Plus, and the latest entry in the God of Evil standalone series made two big reveals during its 42-minute run. The first is a major revelation regarding the Time Variation Authority, but we've already covered it in a separate explainer article. The second Loki episode 3 reveal, however, is an even bigger deal for some of the MCU fans out there, and viewers were delighted to discover that much of Loki's character has carried over from the comics to the MCU. In episode 3, Loki and Sylvie travel on a train to reach a certain city on Lamentis-1, a distant moon that is about to be destroyed by the planet it orbits. During the trip, the duo begin to open up about various aspects of their lives, including if they have known love. Sylvie asks Loki if he ever had eyes for "future princesses or maybe another prince", and this is where Loki drops the bombshell on him. "A little of both," Loki said. I suspect the same as you. That's right: Loki just confirmed that he's bisexual, and that's something Loki director Kate Herron was determined to confirm on the character's Disney Plus TV show. Speaking on Twitter after Episode 3 aired, Herron revealed that she still intends to confirm that the MCU version of Loki is bisexual. Not only that, but she also said that Loki's bisexuality is now canon in the MCU as well.
From the moment I joined @LokiOfficial, it was very important to me, and my goal, to acknowledge that Loki was bisexual. It's part of who he is and who I am as well. I know it's a small step, but I'm happy, and my heart is so full, to say it's now Canon in #mcu #Loki 💗💜💙 pic.twitter.com/lz3KJbewx823 June 2021 See More
