These may include in-game items such as weapons, goods, or handheld devices. They are usually earned as rewards for completing quests and challenges, or acquired from loot boxes purchased with real currency. From various skins to in-game currency, items allow players to customize their characters with new outfits and better equipment, but none of these can be sold to other players for cash.
