Neo QLED is a type of TV panel technology developed by Samsung for its higher-end televisions. It uses Mini LED instead of a more traditional LCD-style backlight to create better screen brightness and contrast compared to a traditional QLED screen, which was already head and shoulders above LCD screens.
Contrast in dark scenes won't be as good as an OLED, but you'll get a much brighter, more colorful picture in return.
