Now you can get unlimited free data on your smartphone for a month before Christmas, thanks to a new offer from Vodafone. The network offers 30 days of free and unlimited data from December 1 to December 30. This advent deal is available via VeryMe on the MyVodafone app, with 200,000 passes to claim before December 21, so be quick. The offer is available to Pay Monthly customers only and of course applies to those who don't already have an unlimited data plan.

Vodafone is already offering free data to NHS workers as part of its commitment to help during the crisis. The Voxi for Now tariff also contributes to this cause, providing endless calls and data to job seekers for €10 a month for six months. Nick Jeffery, chief executive of Vodafone UK, said: “We want our customers to stay connected with friends and family without worrying about running out of data or overspending this festive season. Earlier this year we made a commitment to use the capacity we have available and make it available to customers and those who need it most across the UK. What better time to do this for our clients than Christmas. Unlimited data is capped for European roamers, at an even impressive 25GB bar.
