Everyone on the planet has slightly different imaginations of what Web Three is ultimately going to look like. Regardless of his particular view, if he believes in the Web Three thesis of decentralization, free and permissionless access to the Internet, he thinks that occasionally hardware workloads will be optimized. It's certainly not optimized now, but as our demands continue to grow, the technology continues to mature, like the hardware on which the next generation of the Internet will be built.
