Editor's Choice: Best Value NBN Plan

Editor's Choice: Cheapest NBN Plan

TPG | NBN12 | 10GB of data | 18 month contract | AU€29,99 per month If you're looking for a minimal NBN connection, TPG has the cheapest plan available, with a modem included and just AU€30 up front, that's the least you'll pay to access NBN. The problem is that you will only have 10 GB per month to play and it is an 18 month contract. Total minimum cost is AU€569.82 for 18 months

The cheapest Telstra NBN plan

Telstra | NBN25 | 500GB of data | No capital contract | AU$75 per month This is Telstra's cheapest NBN plan, though it's not exactly the cheapest option. The lowest speed tier offering from the telco is NBN25, promising speeds of up to 20 Mbps during peak periods. This plan is capped at 500GB of data per month, which could be adequate for daily use by smaller households, as well as space for light gaming or streaming. Telstra will waive your registration fee if you sign up online, and if you stay with the telco for 24 months, it'll also add the smart modem for free (worth AU$216). If you are interested in a landline, you can also get it at no additional cost. The minimum total cost for 24 months is AU € 1.800 See the offer

Cheapest NBN TPG plan (it's really good)

TPG | NBN12 | 100GB of data | 18 month contract | AU€49,99 per month TPG offers some unbelievably cheap NBN plans - the lowest price you can pay is AU€29.99 per month for 10GB of data, but it's not great value, so we thought we'd expand to this by AU €20 more is a better deal. This NBN12 plan will see you pay less than AU$50 per month for 100GB of data, though TPG says this allocates to 50GB during peak hours and 50GB during off-peak hours. During off-peak hours, you can expect typical speeds of 11,2 Mbps. If you agree to an 18-month contract, TPG will waive the AU€99 setup fee, though you will pay AU€30 for the home phone deposit and Shipping costs. If you prefer this plan over a non-lock-in contract, it's also available, but it comes with an AU$99 setup fee. If you're willing to stretch your budget a bit further, you can also consider paying an extra AU$10 per month for a plan NBN12 with unlimited data.
