3. Virgin broadband offers:
Virgin has come out of nowhere to offer one of the best fiber plans on the market today. Right now, you only need to pay $24 a month and absolutely nothing up front to get average speeds of 108MB, which is double what most retailers offer at this price. And on top of all that, a €75 Amazon coupon is also added.
