Plaintiff Divya Gadasalli had sued the Cayman Islands company in federal civil court for its alleged role in cashing in on the defrauded crypto, which she purchased on Coinbase. Gadasalli also named Jerry Bulsa, Dong Lian, Danyun Lin, TD Bank, Abacus Federal Savings Bank and Poloniex.
