Are these the next Nikon lenses for the Z system?

Even if a new mirrorless system looks exciting, it will only be successful if people know that it will eventually be compatible with a wide range of lenses at the right price. To this end, manufacturers have been keen to share their forward-looking projects, long before their formal announcement, through roadmaps.

Canon, Fujifilm and Panasonic have already released these versions in the past, as did Nikon when it created its Z system. It was updated earlier this year, detailing the company's plans for 2020, and a new sheet has already been released. of road that reveals many other versions of lenses throughout the years 2020 and 2021.

Where is Nikon Rumors, who initially punished the card, claims it was sent to him by an anonymous source, and presumably if the source is anonymous to Nikon Rumors, its legitimacy is even more questionable than when rumor sites claim to receive "reliable information "or" known "sources.

So what does it tell us that we didn't know yet? Well, Nikon had already unveiled that it would be proposing 20mm f / 1.8S, 50mm f / 1.2S, and 14-24mm f / 2.8S lenses in 2020, but the new roadmap indicates that they will be teaming up with Nikkor. Z 13mm f / 1.8 S, Nikkor Z 85mm f / 1.2S lens, Nikkor Z 28-70mm f / 2.8-3, 5S lens and Nikkor Z 24-120 f / 4S.

Another six are expected to follow in 2021, namely Nikkor Z 105mm f / 1.8S, Nikkor Z 28mm f / 1.8S, Nikkor Z 65mm f / 1.8S, Nikkor Z 35mm f / 1.2S, Nikkor Z 28-280mm f / 2.8-5.6 S and Nikkor Z 100-300mm f / 4S.

It is real?

The promised lenses here make sense. There is a good combination of prime numbers and zooms, and there is no outrageous focus / aperture combination. It would be, in many ways, a logical way to expand the range in the years to come. Even then, our money is fake.

First, although the font used for the names of the targets appears to be the same as the one used previously, the police of the years do not. The lack of title or any other information also raises suspicions.

Second, the fact that this goal roadmap goes so far into the future, almost two and a half years, with so many specific goals and objectives already confirmed, doesn't feel the same way.

Additionally, Nikon's previous lens roadmap initially announced many of its future lenses without the "NIKKOR Z" and "S" designations. However, all future goals have both. This is particularly suspicious, as Nikon claimed at the beginning of the system, that lenses other than the S-line will be announced at a later date. If Nikon spoke about it more than a year ago, why isn't it in these plans that will continue for the next two years?

Finally, based on their names, focal lengths, and apertures, all of these lenses appear to have been developed for full-frame housings, with no way to differentiate them from those developed for cropped sensor devices. Nikon doesn't have a mirrorless body with cropped contour sensors yet, but the likelihood of this being the case for about two and a half years seems marginal, especially in light of a patent stating the ## 147 ## 39; use of an APS-C sensor in future Z series bodies.

So, those next Nikon lenses? It is certainly possible, but we don't believe it.
