When the Sony Xperia XZ Premium came out two years ago, we were hugely impressed with its brilliant 4K display and attractive slow-motion camera. What we weren't impressed with was the price, which was only slightly below the high prices of the Samsung Galaxy S8 at the time. The Xperia XZ Premium deals are progressively cheaper in the following months:
likely thanks to the arrivals of the iPhone 8 and Galaxy Note 8. And now they've dropped even further (the iPhone XS Max and Note 9 world prices tend to do that). The only cause for concern is that there now seems to be far fewer XZ Premium offerings. It's as if retailers have cleared out storage space to make room for the Xperia XZ2.
