The company has partnered with Terminus Group, the Official Robotics Partner of Expo 2020, to launch autonomous food delivery robots at Expo 2020. With sustainability being one of the key sub-themes of Expo 2020, the two companies have collaborated to develop an efficient and sustainable food delivery solution, which leverages both the talabat app interface and the Terminus robot management system to provide a secure delivery solution that can deliver thousands of orders per day. Using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) for peer-to-peer food delivery, robots will transport orders from Talabat's two-story cloud kitchen at Expo 2020 to customers at designated delivery points on the Expo site.
