New Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Leaks Announce Imminent Launch

We're eagerly awaiting all that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has to offer, and some new leaks in recent days suggest that the tablet may be unveiled to the world in the near future. The first leak comes courtesy of Samsung itself, which managed to briefly list a mention of the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus 5G model on its German website (via Androidu.ro). Although the page didn't reveal any new specifications, it does indicate that a larger, 5G-ready version of the tablet is in the works. If there are support pages for the new hardware out of the box, it suggests it won't be long before the tablet is revealed, and there are plenty of rumors about a big hardware event. Samsung to be presented on August 5. None of this is official yet, but the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus are expected to ship with 11-inch and 12.4-inch displays respectively, which would set them apart from the two iPad Pro models Apple is currently selling.

Our second Galaxy Tab S7 leak comes from SamMobile, reporting that the tablet has advanced through the certification process in China. The only new information we can get is that the charging speed will be limited to 15W. Considering that these tablets could have batteries of up to 10,000 mAh when they appear, it's a bit disappointing. The charger that came with the Galaxy Tab S7 will apparently be the same charger that came with the Galaxy Tab S6. The Tab S series represents some of the most premium Android tablets on the market, priced and specs to match, though as of this latest leak, it doesn't look like the charging capabilities are entirely impressive. With rumors of the new Samsung tablet on the rise, the beginning of August seems like a good bet for when it will be formalized. If you are curious as to what it will look like, some renderings have already appeared on the web.
