For enthusiasts with multiple video cards from different vendors, as well as professionals with multiple business cards to choose from, this choice isn't exactly optimal.

Starting with Windows 10 build 20190, system owners with multiple graphics cards will be able to bind a specific GPU to a particular application. Give a simple example of why this is necessary. Nvidia's GeForce RTX 2080 Ti is currently the highest performing gaming graphics card available, but it trails Nvidia's Quadro RTX 4000 professional graphics card in certified professional applications to take advantage of Quadro's proprietary hardware and software enhancements. compatible with Nvidia Studio drivers.
