Huawei Launches MateBook 14 Laptop in UAE Huawei announced the launch of the new Huawei MateBook 14 in the United Arab Emirates and it comes with a 2K display, an 11th generation Intel processor and a large battery with 65W SuperCharge. It also has an improved shark fin cooling system and supports Huawei's multi-device experience. The MateBook 14 price starts from AED 3699, but Huawei has a special pre-order pre-order offer priced at AED 3399. Pre-orders start on Huawei's official website and at selected retailers in the United Arab Emirates starting from September 30 and include the HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro as a free gift. In addition to the MateBook 14, Huawei is also launching the MateBook 13, which started at AED 3,499.

2K FullView display

The HUAWEI MateBook 14 features the FullView display that supports DC dimming to eliminate flicker and is certified by TÜV Rheinland for low blue light emissions. It has a 2x2160 1440k resolution and a 1500:1 contrast ratio, making it ideal for content consumption. It also supports 100% sRGB color space, making it a good display for content creators.

Huawei MateBook 14 is based on the 11th generation Intel Core processor and Intel Xe graphics. It comes with 8GB of storage and 512GB of NVMe storage. Huawei uses its shark fin fans for cooling, which the company says provides more efficient cooling. The thermal system includes two fans with densely packed S-shaped fan blades and two heat pipes to keep the laptop cool and quiet, even under high loads.

The Huawei MateBook 14 comes with a high-capacity 56 Wh battery and a 65 W USB Type-C power adapter that supports fast charging of laptops. The MateBook 14 is also capable of charging backwards, which acts as a power bank for charging other devices.

Super Device Capabilities

The Huawei MateBook 14 is part of the Super Device product line that can be connected wirelessly with compatible tablets like the 12,6-inch HUAWEI MatePad Pro and monitors like the HUAWEI MateView via USB-C cable. This offers users futuristic cross-device collaboration and cross-device file sharing with a simple drag and drop between the trio.
