10 useful iPhone tips to use at work
Start typing "I'm at" and see what appears in the Siri Suggestion bar below the text entry section: Current location. Tap here to send your contact pinned to a map. This is very useful when it comes to meeting.

Share your professional contacts

You can share the details of any contact record from the People app, so why not create a contact card to share? Open Contacts, tap the plus sign, and create a new contact record for you and your business. When you want to share it, just open Contacts, go to the recording, tap Share contact and choose how you want to share the map.

Why doesn't your signature change?

I do what I don't and edit the signature file. (The phrase is automatically added to every email you send) from the default "Sent from my iPhone" to something useful like your company name and contact information.

Take advantage of the time not to disturb

There is a timer function hidden inside the Do Not Disturb item in Control Center. To access it, launch Control Center as usual, then press and hold the Do Not Disturb (crescent moon) icon. An interactive menu that allows you to set Do Not Disturb to run for one hour, until the next time segment (morning, afternoon, night), until you leave where you are. Find or until the end of an ongoing event on your calendar, such as the meeting you don't want to be disturbed at. Use them to make sure you don't forget to turn off Do Not Disturb after your meeting.

Draw attention to what?

One of those hidden talents of iOS is the text augmentation tool. You can usually access it by tapping on the Share menu, except (not necessary) in Mail. Maybe you're viewing a website, reading a report or PDF, or working in an application that supports Item Sharing and you want to send something specific to someone. You can also highlight a particular section of the page, and you can do it in the following way:

Everything that can be printed is PDF compatible

If you can print it, you can usually save it as a PDF. Just open what you want to convert to PDF, tap Share, select Print. You'll see a preview of what you want to print in the dialog window, but don't tap Print Here; instead, tap two fingers on the preview and spread them out. A full-format PDF will appear, which in turn can be saved, shared, and annotated.

You will have wifi

One useful iPhone talent is Wi-Fi password sharing, which means you only need to enter the password once on your iPhone to get your Mac online using the same network. This only works if both devices are connected to the same Apple ID, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on and Personal Hotspot is off. To bring your Mac to the same network, open it, select the Wi-Fi network, and the iPhone should show you a message asking if you want to share the password.

Always keep receipts

You can scan all your receipts into Notes, where they can then be shared with your accounting app, accountant, or bookkeeping department. Just open Notes, create a note titled "Receipts," and in the future when you want to scan something from the collection, just open the note, tap the camera icon, and select Scan Documents.

How to make a conference call

If your network supports it (not all), you can have a conference call with up to five people on your iPhone: You can also add someone to call you into an ongoing conference: when the call arrives, touch Hold and accept, then touch Merge calls.

What number should I call?

Your iPhone tracks incoming caller ID numbers. This is useful in the event that someone to whom you have multiple numbers calls you and you want to call them back on the same line. Open your contact list and you'll see the number they used to call you marked as "recent."
