Australians are used to having length greater than the size of their streaming content libraries, which are often lacking in movies and TV shows available to US subscribers - yes, we're talking about you, Netflix.

However, things seem to be the opposite of Disney Plus, which officially launched in Australia this morning.

In news likely to shock and shock Australians across the country, Gizmodo Australia found that the local version of Disney Plus offers more movies than the US version of the streaming service.

The site began compiling a list of titles available in Australia but not the United States, which so far includes the following:

Not bad, right? It's actually kind of hard to believe that these movies aren't showing on Disney Plus for our American friends.

We must imagine that the rights to the aforementioned films are currently tied to various cable networks or streaming platforms across the United States, which is no longer an issue in Australia now that Stan's content licensing agreement with Disney has expired.

As for what the Yankees have on Disney Plus, the list is short: The Simpsons season 30 is available on the streaming service in the US but not in Australia. One way or another, we don't think many Australians stink...
