On December 12, 2018, Luminati filed an amended complaint against Tesonet (Oxylabs), adding allegations, including misappropriation of trade secrets, intentional and unauthorized access to its computer system, misleading advertising, and deceptive interference.
These claims seek to obtain damages and a permanent court order against the defendant, their officers, directors, agents, servants, employees, partners, associates and others who actively cooperate with Tesonet and / or BiSciense not to infringe the claimed patents.
