“I find it troubling that a bill like this would directly target a particular industry. New York could use all the help it can get to create jobs and keep people here in the state, but also to develop new technology and move the state forward,” Olsen said. “We've seen a lot of anti-technology rhetoric and legislation in recent years…companies are just going to think, 'You know, it's not worth it here in New York,'” she said.
