There was no "attack" from Terra

There is a natural impulse to want to protect people who may not understand these risks. At the same time, a major crypto promise was to open up the capital markets to people who would not be eligible to contribute to a traditional venture capital fund. This opening helped enrich many of the early crypto investors and, in turn, financed new companies and projects that further expanded the ecosystem. This would not be possible with the same type of controls in place in the securities markets. I don't know if there's a way to cut this baby in half, and I've spent a lot of time thinking about it.
