Xbox One's cluttered home screen has been simplified
Microsoft's latest Xbox One update features a new (much simpler) home interface and a simplified user interface. The Xbox One home screen has (presumably) always been pretty crowded. However, this new update aims to streamline the home interface and UI by removing tabs at the top of the screen, introducing dedicated lines for Xbox Game Pass, Mixer, Xbox Community, and Microsoft Store, and offers players the option to add or remove Lines. Additionally, gamers can now group games and apps together for easy navigation. Labels for testing and demos have also been implemented along with a new "simplified parameters experiment".

But that is not all ...

For Xbox Game Pass subscribers, you will now have more control over pack downloads. Instead of having to download all the games in one bundle, you can specify which games in that bundle you want to download. So if you download the Shenmue I & II bundle, you can choose to download just Shenmue I first instead of both games, or choose to download Shenmue II first and then Shenmue I. Also, improvements have been made to the Mixer screen, you can use GIFs and images in conversations, and now you can choose where notifications appear on your screen. If that's not enough, there are new storage management tips that see a new "Move" option added for users with external storage. This will give you the option to transfer or remove items from your Xbox One to free up the space you need, instead of just deleting items. The Xbox One February Update should be available online and is free to download now.
