Speaking at the FT Digital Assets Summit, David Raw, FCA's co-head of consumer and retail policy, said that while the UK Treasury was seduced by "the exciting opportunities" to attract business from crypto, his agency focused on risk. "I think maybe traditionally or maybe a little too much, the FCA has been on the other side," he said of financial stability risks in the market.
