In a civil lawsuit filed Monday in federal district court, the South Dakota-based company singled out Gemini for an attack that left dozens of retired savers in disarray. Some of their clients previously told CoinDesk that they chose IRA Financial in large part because of its association with the Winklevoss twins' branded crypto exchange.
