Arguably one of the best Xbox Series X games, Forza Horizon 4 arrives on Steam on March 9, 2021, a first for the franchise. The game initially launched for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC on September 28, 2018, and while it's been out for a while, Forza Horizon 4 received a number of notable updates after launch. Several autonomous DLC car packs and expansions, such as Fortune Island and LEGO Speed Champions, have been added to the game, as well as all-new modes such as the battle royale-inspired online event, The Eliminator. A new Hot Wheels Legends car pack is also on the way, though a release date has been revealed.

Each season radically transforms the world map of the game and offers new challenges and events. The arrival of Forza Horizon 4 on Steam is not too surprising, although it is great news for PC gamers. Microsoft has slowly begun to move its key franchises that were exclusive to the Microsoft Store to Valve's digital distribution service in recent months, with Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Sea of Thieves two recent examples. Both games have seen a huge increase in player numbers due to their availability on Steam.
